BIRRIA JACKFRUIT PIZZA 🍕🌮
A Pizza Art
A Message of Motivation
Family , it’s a brand new week 💚
Now, I don’t want to be that guy to remind you of how quickly this year is going…
But we’ve only got 14 more Mondays left until 2025.
Now is the time to begin!!
Do that thing you’ve been putting off all year.
Start that business!
Build those connections!
Save that money!
Learn that skill!
Whatever you want to do, put in those small steps today.
Any slight movement towards your dreams is how you overcome that procrastination.
Because here’s a spicy take:
I think a lot of procrastinators are perfectionists.
They'd rather not do something than do it imperfectly…
They want the lighting and camera setup to be perfect before filming a Reel.
They want to be the most articulate speaker before recording themselves.
But listen, as the saying goes, you can’t learn to drive in a parked car.
Perfection doesn’t exist, but you’ll get flipping close over time.
Just start.
Trust me, Family 🙏
Recipe of The Week
Birria Jackfruit Tacos PIZZA?! 🍕

It tasted flipping amazing
Ingredients
- 1 can (15 oz) crushed tomatoes or tomato sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1 teaspoon sugar (optional, to balance acidity)
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 pinch of red pepper flakes (optional, for heat)
Instructions
1. Heat the olive oil in a saucepan over medium heat.
2. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant (be careful not to burn it).
3. Stir in the crushed tomatoes (or tomato sauce), oregano, basil, and sugar (if using).
4. Season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes to taste.
5. Simmer the sauce on low heat for about 15-20 minutes to allow the flavors to meld. Stir occasionally.
6. Let the sauce cool before spreading on pizza dough.
This sauce can be made ahead and stored in the fridge for up to a week.
