Let’s Make It Happen!
Happy Sunday, Family.
I’m gonna jump straight into this one with some mad news…
I’ve been nominated for Food Creator of the Year at the Fortnum & Mason Awards 2025, and I’m flipping buzzing!
But I need The Notty Culture to help me bring this home.
The Journey’s Been a Wild One:
So, picture this: a kid who was smashing school cooking comps, dreaming of big things over a hob. That was me, little Jordan Billham, chopping and stirring my way to something bigger.
I trained at Westminster Kingsway College and that’s where the fire really kicked in.
I nabbed the Roux Scholarship and started mixing old-school skills with some fresh, modern twists.
Fast forward, and millions (madness) of people know me as TheNottyChef, cooking up vegan dishes on social media that make your eyes and taste buds lose it.
Then Meta crowned me Threads Food Creator of 2024, and now this nomination? Mate, it’s been a ride.
Every post I pour my soul into - it’s all led to this.
Seven years of graft, and here we are.
