But it all starts with what you do right now 👑

Now, onto today’s recipe:

🍔 The Ultimate Vegan Dill & Pickle Burger 🍔

This bad boy’s got it all


Convenience, punchy flavors, you name it.

You ready?!

What You’ll Need

For the Burger:

  • 2 vegan burger patties

  • 2 vegan brioche buns

  • 2 slices vegan cheese

  • 4 tbsp crispy onions

For the Dill & Pickle Mayo:

  • 8 tbsp vegan mayo

  • 1 massive bunch of fresh dill, chopped up fine

  • 1 tbsp pickle juice

  • 2 pickles, diced tiny

  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds

  • 1 tbsp Korean chili flakes (dial it up if you’re a spice fiend)

How to Smash It

Whip Up That Mayo Magic

Grab a bowl, chuck in the vegan mayo, dill, pickle juice, diced pickles, sesame seeds, and those Korean chili flakes.

Stir it like you’re mixing a banger playlist. Boom, done.

Let it chill for a sec so the flavors get cosy.

Cook Them Patties

Heat up a skillet or grill pan, medium vibes.

Slap those vegan patties on and cook them until they’re golden and hot (check the packet if you’re using shop ones). Last minute? Whack a slice of vegan cheese on each, lid on, and let it melt.

Toast Those Buns

Get your brioche buns in a hot pan or grill for 1-2 mins until until they’re warm and a bit crispy.

Don’t sleep on this step, it’s the glow-up they deserve.

Build the Beast

Slather that dill & pickle mayo on the bottom bun.

Don’t be shy, go big.

Stack a cheesy patty on top, then hit it with half the crispy onions so they stick to the madness.

Top bun on, and sprinkle the rest of those onions up there for that extra CRUNCH.

Serve It Up

Pair it with sweet potato fries, a cheeky salad, or just more pickles if you’re about that pickle life.

Dig in and lose your mind.

Pro Moves

1 - If you want it hotter, chuck more chili flakes or a drip of hot sauce in the mayo.

2 - Toast those sesame seeds fresh if you’re feeling extra.

This burger’s got layers on layers.

Crisp, creamy, spicy, tangy, ALL OF IT.
